1. What do I need for small creator merch collab?
All you need is an art that you have commercial rights for us to include with our regular products for your fans to pre-order. The commercial art will be printed as a sticker after pre-order closes and attached to the coffee product before shipping it to your fans.
2. What regions do you ship to?
We ship domestically in Singapore via Shopee. Apart from America, we ship globally using Singpost registered mail service for global orders on Kofi. Contact us for more arrangement details. We want everyone to be able to afford merchandise without paying premium for cost of product.
3. What food regulations does your coffee follow?
Our partnered factory and supplier is a double ISO standard-certified company. The coffee is a premium commercial grade bean harvested, roasted and packaged by them before it is shipped over. While Coffee Creed is working on getting it Halal Certified, the coffee does not contain any traces of other products and contains only coffee beans as its sole ingredients. The one-year shelf life is due to the lack of preservatives included. None of our products contains dairy or creamer, like instant coffee. It's real coffee, just packaged in your favourite form for convenience and brew style.
4. I heard there is a collab merch commission. What's the cut?
Glad you asked. Per product sold at our price, flat commission of USD1 via Paypal or Kofi only. The total number of pre-order with confirmed payment using your special link will determine the payout after pre-order closes. Commission rate is non-negotiable for collab-merch as margins are thin.
5. I want to become your distributor and order in bulk your product. Can I?
Please send us an email and include your company registration licenses. We can only accept distributors who want to deal with selling our products overseas with the proper legal standards. Please understand that due to the vetting process we might take a while to get back to you.
6. I'm a corporate client interested. Where do I order?
If you do not require customisation, you may order from Shopee or Amazon directly. If you require quotation for formality, please contact our email. No MOQ for regular products used as corporate gifts unless customisation is required. MOQ for completely customised print products can be discussed in detail, depending on the factory. Full cost borne by client.
7. I'm a small cafe or coffee start up interested in making my own brand with the coffee that Coffee Creed imports. What do I need?
While Coffee Creed might be able to import your OEM products from our factory source for your branding, all designs and costs must be borne by you. A small importing fee will be charged but you own the rights for your own brand and product. We will not sell your product OEM designs on our platform for you. MOQ applies but flexible storage solutions can be further discussed. Contact us for a more detailed arrangement.
8. I would like to subscribe to your coffee on a monthly basis. Where do I go?
For corporate clients, bulk orders or cafe owners, please arrange directly with us via email. MOQ apply for corporate rates. For individual consumers, please order via Shopee or Amazon. We cannot take individual subscription services at this time due to logistical challenges. Thank you for understanding.
